I was very impressed with the level of service from Craig. He was very helpful from start to finish. At all times he was very polite and patient to the questions I had regarding the purchase. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

The sales team went out of their way to ensure that I could order the MINI I wanted. I was late ordering my MINI and they managed to secure one of the last building slots for me.

From dropping off the car to collecting the car I was treated to coffee and an Easter egg . Was kept up to date with the service as more was required and all was sorted out promptly
