A MINI MOVE! NEW MINI SERVICE RECEPTION - NOW OPEN!

OUR MINI SERVICE RECEPTION IS NOW SITUATED IN THE MINI SHOWROOM...

Here at Snows, we are always looking to improve our customer's experiences within the dealership. As part of this continuous improvement programme, we are delighted to announce that our MINI Service Reception is now situated within the MINI Showroom building.

WE HAVE INTRODUCED A DESIGNATED MINI SERVICE ADVISOR...

Kevin Crawford has been appointed as our dedicated MINI Service Advisor. Kevin has worked within the Service department at Snows for over 8 years, and has a wealth of MINI product knowledge. He is committed to delivering the superior level of service that our MINI customers expect and deserve.

FAST LANE SERVICING, NOW AVAILABLE...

We have also recently introduced Fast Lane Servicing, allowing us to complete a selection of maintenance jobs in just 90 minutes. Fast Lane customers have the option to wait in the cafe bar upstairs in our BMW Showroom, or in the new waiting area in our MINI Showroom.
