Craig was very thorough explaining the purchase process and was not pushy in his sales talk which I appreciated....I wanted the facts so I could make an educated decision. The delivery was great fun as he had covered my car for the great unveiling!

I love the consistency of Snows and the many years I have been doing business in there. I trust the products and feel comfortable with the experts. That they know their stuff and more importantly, they know me. I feel looked after as a person.

I'm very happy with the service so far. It would be nice if the coffee machine could be fixed. It doesn't look good when things aren't working and makes me wonder if they would take so long to fix my car.. just an observation.
