Salesman very informative, polite not at all pushy and then kept me well informed of the delivery dateafter purchase. On collecting the car was very patient to adjust many of the settings on the car for me.

I tried the key drop and felt that it was all a little impersonal. There were two staff members at the far end but if their desks were near the entrance then perhaps they would be in a more welcoming position.

Good reception and feedback. Car was returned with tyre pressure warning light on and poorly washed. I'd expect no warning lights after a service.

The process in booking in was very smooth. The work was completed satisfactorily in accordance with the quote. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I shll continue to use Snows Mini in the future.
