The MOT was carried out relatively quickly and the key drop off was easy. My car was supposed to have been washed and vacuumed, but it wasn't. I wouldn't go back to the garage to have an MOT carried out.

I was told I needed a new tyre because of a puncture . I took my car to a local garage and my tyre was easily and successfully repaired after 10 minutes .

The Mot service was good and the video informative, however considering that the previous service report had shown that there was uneven wear on the front tyres we were surprised to find that the tyre replacement scheduled did not include alignment.

Very disappointed with the provision of parts required from BMW Germany. One of the reasons I am with a main Uk Mini dealer is to avoid such problems. I recognize the problem was beyond the local garage but it was very frustrating.

I tried the key drop and felt that it was all a little impersonal. There were two staff members at the far end but if their desks were near the entrance then perhaps they would be in a more welcoming position.
