All was very efficient with good communication and response to phone calls. My only minor complaint would be that there has been no follow up call to ensure all is OK, which I would have expected in the 3 weeks since collection

Katie was amazing in the demonstration. The purchase was very rushed. I wasn't walked through the custom options. I found out I wasn'tgoing to get the wheels I wanted from aprint out. I wasn't informed payment was needed for the extra insurances.

Living on the Isle of Wight we no longer have a Mini dealership but Snows in Portsmouth were so helpful . Sam ,who lives on the Island ,arranged an evening visit at my home to order my Mini .When I picked up my new Mini, Snows paid the ferry cost .

I made sure my car was booked in by 0830 as requested,(after finding out everything is now over in the main bmw building rather than in mini building that it used to be).I coud'nt book in on the machine because it would not except my registration.

Car was in for 2 job and a wash and hoover. Fault could not be found with the car for the first job. 2nd job regarding rubber on windscreen to done and wash was poor job with patches missed.

The warranty issue with the horns was sorted but I asked for the team to look at a message which comes up when I switch on to say the tyres aren't recognised. They assured me they had looked at this but the message still comes on!

I think you are asking the wrong person! Nothing wrong with the engineering side of things the work was very good. The lack of coherent communication was the problem. 3days it took to rectify and complete my mini service.

I had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged when I arrived at BMW to leave my car, but the service was good. When I collected my car the sales person at Mini was very helpful and got in my car with me to answer a couple of queries that I had.

Booking process via phone ok. Difficult to park at Snows BMW. Friendly & attentive service checking car in. Pleased service was completed ahead of time. Service book wasn't updated. I preferred visits to Snows Mini showroom.

Happy with option to automate check in but there are insufficient staff to deal with people who want to speak to a human, resulting in a longer than expected wait. Human interaction is part of the customer experience with a premium brand

Everyone done a wonderful job. I was kept informed at all points about the progress of the works. One point I would like to make is that I felt disconnected from the Mini side of Snows by taking my car directly to the BMW side of the site ?????

Greeted when I arrived and shown where to park. Given a tab for the keys. Inside the building the lady was exceptionally helpful and showed me to the waiting area where there was tea and coffee. Very comfortable and air conditioned area.

While the service, MOT and fault repair were straightforward, the AC check has left us with an estimated £800 of work to be done and AC in a worse state than prior to the check.

This is how car services should be - a welcome and offer of coffee, a video showing the state of wear and tear and a service completed in the time originally specified plus the car returned so clean that I almost didn't recognise it!

It was the usual excellent service. I was even offered a lift back to the train station as the timings from dropping off the car at the show room and catching the train were quite tight. I didn't need the lift but it was nice to be offered.

Things turned out well in the end but it took a complaint from me to expedite my service. Told to bring car in at 10am but I noticed my car was still in the parking bay where I left it at 1.30pm. Told it would not be ready to collect until 5.30pm,

Four days after my brakes were seen to as, I assumed, my annual visit from the Isle of Wight I had a message on my dashboard that I had no more engine oil. This happened exactly the same last year! Why can't basic engine functions be checked automat.
