I am completely satisfied with Steve Perry, the Snows Mini sales executive. But the Acemans on offer to buy were limited - I wanted an Exclusive or a Sport SE with 18" wheels and this option was not selectable, even for 6 months plus delivery.

The inner break pad had failed on 1 side and the repair work has been carried out under warranty. I can't fault the level of service that I have received from snows it had been outstanding.
