The salesman at Snows Mini was very helpful keeping me up to date with the progress answering any questions that I had,arranging to register my new car adding my personal number plate. He contacted me on the pick up day to remind me.

The service I received was excellent. Nathan was kind, helpful and chatty. He made the long journey from the Isle of Wight to Portsmouth easy and hassle free. I was really impressed with the whole process of buying the car, it was effortless!

Unhappy to have to pay £789 for brake pads/discs when we could have them replaced by a local garage for £450.

My car wasn't ready the same day which was inconvenient to have waited all day for it, also I wasn't able to make my own way there the next day but was grateful for the taxi that was paid for to get me there.

Kept waiting for the car even though it was dropped off when the garage opened. Car was washed and hovered as requested but not very well still dirt in several places inside and out!
